FIXED: the 'unique' metrics action call will include a sessionID
FIXED: undefined values for ecmd5 will trigger a recheck of the flash cookie. If the value in the cookie is undefined(edge case), it will trigger a new makeUUID call to generate a new unique ID.
ADDED: Session ID refreshes after 20 minutes
ADDED: Check for whether the session ID should be refreshed. An mb_metrics.refresh value is set to true after a creative loads. Any creatives that load in the same page in the future will refresh the session ID regardless of the time elapsed or if the garbage collection methods have been called.
