If the browser window loses focus after the video has completed, the status of the video is set to "paused" instead of "completed". This prevents the close button from working because it tries to display the "Are you sure you want to close?" panel which cannot be displayed on the reward confirmation screen. Thus we are left with an ad that cannot be closed.
